## Caveats

- CI-runner-only product (all modes flagged alt): machines exist only for a GitHub Actions job; not an interactive or agent sandbox.
- Add-ons: cache storage $0.20/GB-month, cache write/restore $0.0001/op, snapshot restore $0.04/job, snapshot storage $0.025/hour per snapshot (~$18.25 per snapshot-month) — not per GiB, so snapshot_gib_month is null.
- BYOC (your AWS/GCP/Azure): $0.002/min per Linux or Windows runner on top of your own cloud bill; not modelled.
- Docker builders ($0.06-$0.88/min) not modelled.
- Free usage amount not published.
- macOS on Apple hardware: Apple macOS SLA: leasing a Mac requires a minimum lease of 24 consecutive hours with sole use by the lessee, and allows at most 2 additional macOS VMs per Mac.
- Card category is "macos" only because the schema has no CI category; every regime sets product_class "ci-runner" and an explicit os, so Linux/Windows runners are not treated as macOS. All regimes keep flag alt (CI minutes); the engine ignores alt when the workload is shopping for a CI runner.
- Snapshot runners: snapshots are auto-deleted after 15 days, so one retained snapshot costs at most ~$9 (360 h x $0.025) unless refreshed.
- SSO (SAML 2.0 or OIDC) is now self-serve from Settings -> SSO at $250/month, billed after the first domain is verified (was enterprise-contact).
- Removed on 2026-06-08: WarpBuild Cloud spot runners, Windows 2 vCPU runners, macOS 13, custom cloud runner configurations (spot now BYOC-only).
- macOS memory: 6 vCPU = 22 GB and 12 vCPU = 44 GB until 2026-09-30; from 2026-10-01 14 GB / 28 GB at unchanged prices (card already uses the post-change values).
- Docker builders auto-scaling in private beta (2026-09-25); prices unchanged $0.06-$0.88/min.

## How this provider charges


WarpBuild sells GitHub Actions runners (Linux x64/arm64, Windows x64, macOS M4 Pro, Linux on Apple Silicon), billed **per minute** with unlimited job concurrency. You can also bring your own cloud (BYOC). It is CI-only: all card modes are flagged `alt`.

## Gotchas

1. **Windows costs 2× Linux x64 per size;** macOS costs 10× Linux x64 for comparable vCPU.
2. **Snapshots are billed per snapshot-hour** (≈ $18.25/month each), not per GiB.
3. There is free usage for new accounts, but the amount is unpublished.
4. Machines live only for a job. There is no interactive/agent use.

## Worked example

Workload: 4 vCPU / 8 GiB for 8,800 h (as if it were CI minutes). One snapshot is kept, and egress is not priced.
