orkestr is a product of WhiteCloud Project S.R.L., a Romania-registered EU company; no public evidence of outside investors, an accelerator batch, or a funding round was found. Product pricing (Starter/Pro/Team) is public but no revenue figures are disclosed anywhere on the site. Treat as a small independent/likely-bootstrapped EU infra vendor pending better sourcing (e.g. Romanian company registry / ONRC filings, which were not checked within the time budget).

## Caveats

- Rates come from the Sandboxes tab of orkestr.eu/pricing (rendered from the site's JS bundle); the orkestr.eu/sandboxes page still says 'Published rates land once we have metered real workloads'. Treat as a published but early (beta) rate card. Billed on actual on-CPU time and working-set RAM, so idle sandboxes cost almost nothing. An idle sandbox accrues almost nothing.', but orkestr.eu/docs/sandboxes says 'Each sandbox is metered per second of wall-clock time it's alive (whether or not the workload is busy)', and orkestr.eu/sandboxes still says 'Published rates land once we have metered real workloads.' The card follows the pricing page (active basis); idle-heavy estimates may be understated until the provider resolves this.
- Sessions (docs/sandboxes/limits, 2026-10-14): each create or set_timeout call runs a countdown of at most 24 h (30 min free); set_timeout resets it, and carded tiers have no cap on continuous running ('Max continuous running time | ... | unlimited'). A 24/7 sandbox works on Pay as you go if your code calls set_timeout (keep-alive) at least once a day; otherwise it is killed or paused at the deadline (on_timeout).
- Concurrency is a RAM budget, not a sandbox count (docs/sandboxes/limits, 2026-10-14): 'a create is refused once the sum of your live (non-paused) sandboxes' memory plus the new one would exceed it' - Free 2 GB, Pay as you go 32 GB, Enterprise 128 GB.
