## Caveats

- Priced (fix 2026-09-28) on the published memory-hour rate only ($0.0414/GiB-h, CPU not billed separately). vCPU allocation per GiB is unpublished: a 4 vCPU request is NOT guaranteed. Retention of sleeping machines ($0.20016/GiB memory/30 days) is not included in the estimate.
- Runtime $0.0414 per GiB memory-hour online. Retention $0.20016 per GiB MEMORY per 30 days, not disk GiB. CPU capacity-to-memory mapping unverified.
- Idle sleep preserves data and pauses runtime; retaining machine still costs. BYO models/machines and Apache-2.0 self-hosting have $0 platform fee, but own compute/model bills remain.
- Null values mean unknown, not free/unlimited. No model-token cost, tax or unverified ancillary charge included.
- Native browser/device/task/credit prices with unknown CPU/RAM are deliberately non-priceable. Check regime before interpreting any partial resource estimate.
- Omnara Cloud is prepaid: managed sandboxes and managed models consume credits bought through Stripe; purchased credits are non-refundable; agents pause or fail when the organization has insufficient credits. Minimum purchase and any signup credit are not published ('No credit card required' to start).
- Omnara is an agent control plane; its machines are sandboxes from Blaxel, Unikraft Cloud, Daytona or Modal. The provider, isolation and vCPU/RAM shape behind the Omnara-managed 'default-pool' are unpublished. With a BYO provider pool the compute is billed by that provider, not Omnara (Omnara platform fee $0).
- Retention is charged 'in addition to runtime' for every retained machine (not only sleeping ones): while online the effective rate is $0.0414 + ~$0.000278 per GiB-hour. Pool machines are deleted after a configurable idle period (minimum 5 min; 0 disables), after which retention stops.

## Verified billing facts and gotchas

1. Runtime $0.0414 per GiB memory-hour online. Retention $0.20016 per GiB MEMORY per 30 days, not disk GiB. CPU capacity-to-memory mapping unverified.
2. Idle sleep preserves data and pauses runtime; retaining machine still costs. BYO models/machines and Apache-2.0 self-hosting have $0 platform fee, but own compute/model bills remain.
3. Card resource prices left null because memory-only tariff cannot prove 4 requested vCPUs and retention cannot be represented as snapshot-disk storage.

## Worked example

Requested: 4 vCPU/8 GiB, 50 simultaneous × 8 h/day × 22 days = **8,800 instance-hours**, 30% CPU; 50 GiB snapshots and 100 GiB egress. A month is 730 hours only when explicitly used in rate conversion.

If an 8 GiB machine meets CPU needs, online time is 8,800×8×$0.0414=$2,914.56; 50×8 GiB retained for 30 days adds $80.064. $2,994.62 before models/network; CPU sizing and separate 50 GiB snapshot capability are unknown.
