## Caveats

- Stock: every listed Mac and the one-week trial were out of stock / unavailable on 2026-09-28, so nothing is orderable today.
- Currency: EUR excl. VAT (the site adds 20% VAT for the viewer region shown); converted at 1.17 USD/EUR.
- Traffic: 10 TB/month per Mac included (1 Gbit/s); M2 Pro plans 30 TB (10 Gbit/s). Overage EUR 5/TB excl. VAT; email at 80%; speed limit possible on request instead.
- M2 Pro / M4 Pro core counts not shown on the listing (vcpu null for those SKUs).
- Customer API manages power/firewall only; no computer-use API.
- Apple macOS SLA: leasing a Mac requires a minimum lease of 24 consecutive hours with sole use by the lessee, and allows at most 2 additional macOS VMs per Mac.
- Annual contracts exist (invoice payment) but no published annual discount.

OakHost (Estonia, data center in Germany) rents whole dedicated Mac minis **monthly**, cancellable any time. Every Mac includes:
- KVM remote management and an external firewall
- 1 IPv4 + /64 IPv6
- 10 TB traffic/month (verified on the M4.S page)

Prices are EUR excl. VAT (the site shows +20% VAT for the viewer region). USD at 1.17 USD/EUR. **Every configuration was "Out of Stock" on 2026-09-28**, and the M6 / M5 Pro models are "Coming Soon".

## Gotchas

1. **Nothing is orderable today** (all out of stock).
2. **VAT:** listed prices exclude VAT (20% shown for EU consumers; B2B reverse charge likely).
3. The Customer API manages power and firewall only. There is no agent API.
4. Monthly minimum: part-time use still pays the full month.
