## Caveats

- Storage, snapshot GiB-month and public IPv4 prices are not published in the reviewed sources; null is not free.
- No guaranteed vCPU allocation published; browser-hour is not a verified 4-vCPU/8-GiB VM equivalent. The sizes card keeps unknown hardware null; do not coerce it to zero or auto-rank against resource-guaranteed VMs.
- Browser RAM is not published unless a specific mode overrides it.
- docs.notte.cc/pricing and /rate-limits now 307-redirect to www.notte.cc/pricing (the authoritative source). Stale figures survive only in the docs llms-full.txt bundle (100 forever/100 monthly/500 monthly browser hours, Free concurrency 2, Developer 30 min, Startup 3 h, credit packs $100/$200/$500) and on the functions invocations page ('Free: 10 concurrent runs, Pro: 50 concurrent runs'). Ignore those; use the pricing page.
- Free browser time is not free proxies/inference/serverless functions. No 4/8 resource guarantee and no general snapshots.
- Included monthly fees are credits, not fee+full usage. Top-ups and signup $10 never expire; monthly balances do.
- os set to linux (fix 2026-09-28): hosted cloud browser sessions run server-side; the guest OS is not published but they are not a macOS/Windows desktop.
- Managed residential proxies are enabled by default on every session (proxies=true default) and bill $10/GB; pass proxies=false (or a BYO proxy on Startup+) to keep a session near $0. Default proxy exit is best-effort US.
- Browser runtime was $0.05/hour until about 2026-09-01 (docs PR #923 'Browser usage is now $0/hour'); no end date is published for $0/hour, so price_expires stays null, but it is a recent cut worth re-checking.
- open_source=true only in the loose sense: the nottelabs/notte repo is SSPL-1.0 (source-available, not OSI), and it is the agent/SDK framework, not the hosted browser platform (on-prem is Enterprise-only).
- API request rate limit: documented via X-RateLimit-* headers with an example limit of 100 requests per window (window length not published); 429 on excess; higher limits via sales ('Contact us ... enterprise options'). Per-plan start/creation rate limits are not published.
- Enterprise-only: multi-region (llms-full lists us-east, us-west, eu-west, ap-southeast), static IPs, browser pools (pre-warmed), on-prem/BYOC; advanced_stealth is approval-gated. Self-serve region is not published (features.regions left null).
- Functions gained an 'extended' runtime (SDK v1.8.41, 2026-09-09) for longer cloud execution; the pricing page only lists one $0.05/hour function rate, so extended-runtime pricing is unpublished.

- Current pricing page materially conflicts with docs: docs retains 100 forever/100 monthly/500 monthly hours, Free concurrency 2 in limits vs 5 pricing, Developer 30 min vs 120 min, Startup 3 h vs 5 h, and free feature gates. Use current pricing page for offered plans but require account confirmation.

## Worked example

Requested: 4 vCPU / 8 GiB; 50 concurrent × 8 hours/day × 22 days = **8,800 runtime hours**, 1,100 eight-hour starts if recreated daily; 30% CPU; 50 GiB-month snapshots; 100 GiB egress.

Fifty concurrent browsers require Startup ($100/month as usage credit). Browser time alone is $0 for 8,800 hours. If 100 GB is managed residential traffic, usage is **$1,000**, not $1,100. Running browser functions for all 8,800 hours adds $440; model tokens are extra. Startup allows only five-hour sessions on the current pricing page, so eight-hour workdays need segmentation or Enterprise. Older docs have shorter limits: confirm account entitlements.
