## Caveats

- DIY infrastructure rather than an agent-managed sandbox: guest installation, HTTPS/domain setup, abuse controls and operations are customer responsibilities. Linux guest administrative capabilities are not preinstalled agent features. 30% guest CPU utilization does not reduce allocated-compute charges. Unknowns remain null; a partial subtotal is not a complete invoice.
- Explicitly clicked Hourly/Monthly/Paid yearly: c3.small is $0.52/h on demand, $190/month committed, $1596/year prepaid; default page $0.26/h is MONTHLY amortized, not on-demand. Toggle capture resolves stale FAQ discount conflict; measured commitment modes are priceable.
- 20TB outbound per server/month, pooled by project and country; ingress/private transfer free. Additional packages sold per 10TB; overage $0.01/GB.
- One management IP included. Additional/elastic IPs may have separate fees and justification requirements.
- Bare-metal nested virtualization means the host can expose KVM to your VMs; no VM-mode nested support is promised.
- Snapshot/retention costs not verified. Card architecture proxy is not benchmark equivalence.
- The public page defaults to Monthly. The independently selected Hourly tab is the on-demand source; monthly/yearly amortized per-hour labels must not be used as PAYG prices.
- GPU: Latitude sells Metal GPU servers (g3.h100.small 1x H100; g4.rtx6kpro.large 8x RTX PRO 6000 $17,520/mo; g4.b300.large 8x B300 $46,720/mo). Only the 1x H100 hourly rate is encoded; it was listed out of stock.
- Extra costs: additional IPv4 $4/mo (IPv6 free), Elastic IP $4/mo, BYOIP $200 setup; Firewall $4/server/month; Public Network /29 $32/mo to /26 $256/mo; bandwidth packages per TB $1.25 (US/CA/DE/NL/UK) or $5.40 (other regions), sold in 10 TB increments, vs overage $0.01/GB.
- Powered-off VMs keep billing: 'Shutting down a virtual machine does not pause billing. To avoid charges, you have to delete the instance instead.' Monthly servers: no proration/refund on deletion. Reserved (yearly) servers can only be deleted after the reservation ends.
- Pricing page FAQ still says Monthly = 30% and Reserved 1-year = 50% discount, but the live toggles, the discount table and billing docs agree on 50%/65%; card numbers are correct.
- API rate limits per key: 800 GET/min, 120 write/min; dashboard VM create deploys 1-5 instances per request. Taxes are included in listed prices.
- Regional pricing: list prices hold for US/UK/DE/NL/CA; Gen4 metal sizes cost more elsewhere (Japan/Singapore x1.05-1.29; Brazil/Mexico/Argentina/Chile/Colombia/Australia x1.26-1.43, e.g. m4.metal.small $0.81 US vs $0.96 JP vs $1.11 BR/AU/MX). Gen3 c3/s3 sizes are the same price everywhere. Monthly/annual regimes scale the same way.

Powered-off compute billed: True. A retained-host column is the always-running upper scenario when this is false; powered-off storage/IP still accrue.
Monthly caps attach to instance identities, not to a pool of replacement instances. The active-window column requires deleting/releasing billable compute between shifts for products that bill while off. Restoring from disk is not memory resume. The engine cannot perfectly model these lifecycles; see validation/estimator-gaps.md.
