- DIY infrastructure rather than an agent-managed sandbox: guest installation, HTTPS/domain setup, abuse controls and operations are customer responsibilities. Linux guest administrative capabilities are not preinstalled agent features. 30% guest CPU utilization does not reduce allocated-compute charges. Unknowns remain null; a partial subtotal is not a complete invoice.

- Hostinger API is rate-limited to 90 requests per 60 s per token (RateLimit-Policy q=90;w=60); repeated 429s can get the IP temporarily blocked. VM creation via API is a purchase (POST /api/vps/v1/virtual-machines charges the default payment method). No published limit on the number of VPS per account.
- Refunds: 30-day money-back covers new KVM VPS purchases and renewals, but VPS upgrades, VPS control-panel licences, Hostinger GPU and credits are non-refundable.
