Claw2Agent is a small, apparently pre-launch/closed-beta hosted wrapper around the open-source OpenClaw agent (created by Peter Steinberger), running each customer instance on a Hetzner Cloud VPS. No founder names, company registration, accelerator batch, funding round, or revenue figures could be located via web search (DuckDuckGo returned zero results for the name/domain) or on the company's own site, which has no About/team/press page. Its own pricing/security pages state public signup, payments, and production-data intake are closed pending legal review, and access is by selective application (Cloud Pilot) — consistent with a very early-stage, likely bootstrapped or unfunded project rather than an institutionally financed company, but this is inference, not confirmed evidence.

## Worked example

Requested: 4 vCPU / 8 GiB; 50 concurrent × 8 hours/day × 22 days = **8,800 runtime hours**, 1,100 eight-hour starts if recreated daily; 30% CPU; 50 GiB-month snapshots; 100 GiB egress.

One workspace per subscription does not establish a 50-computer fleet or 4/8 resources. Simply multiplying 50×$99=$4,950 is not a verified fleet offer. Quote required; model/tool limits and hardware unknown.
