## Caveats

- Included minutes are build minutes (already multiplied by size), so included_usd = minutes x $0.01 applies to every size.
- Extra minutes sold as $10 per 1,000-minute packs (monthly).
- Step max runtime and concurrency limits not encoded.
- Region for Atlassian cloud runners not verified (set us).
- From Oct 26, 2026 (monthly plans) build-minute allowances are pooled at the Atlassian organization level instead of per workspace; from Dec 3, 2026 annual plans (previously NOT billed for minutes beyond plan limits) are billed for overage at published rates. Prepaid annual usage packs at a lower (sales-quoted) rate exist; 'committed packs' coming soon.
- Self-hosted runners do not consume build minutes; Premium self-hosted runners (v5+) are licensed at $15/month per concurrent build slot (Standard includes 1 slot, Premium 2); a free tier of up to 100 self-hosted runners remains. BYO compute, not priced by the engine.
- Agentic Pipelines (beta): AI-agent steps consume normal build minutes; LLM tokens billed by the LLM provider or as Rovo Dev credits.
- Build minutes exclude runner-acquisition time (billed while status is 'In progress'); build minutes = wall minutes x size multiplier. Exact rounding (per-minute per step) is not stated on any official page.
- Docker-in-step runs as a 'docker' service limited to 1 GB memory by default (memory is shared with the step); Pipelines only support IPv4.

## Worked example
4 vCPU / 8 GiB = 2x: 528,000 min x 2 = 1,056,000 build minutes x $0.01 = $10,560 minus included.
