## Caveats

- Cloud API uses monthly resource rates divided by 730 then by 60 for minute metering. Running and start/stop transitions bill allocation, NOT measured CPU utilization.
- Dedicated Performance compute is 4× CPU and RAM, disk unchanged. Managed hosting is a separate flat monthly per-instance product; model allowances are not compute credits.
- Website advertises $5 starter credit but detailed billing docs say $1; one_time_credit left null until reconciled.
- Instance cap: 1 before top-up, 10 after any top-up, 50 at $100 lifetime top-ups, 200 at $250; this is not a monthly subscription fee. Create needs one day of balance, not a debit.
- Cold parked compressed files $0.03/GB-month versus reserved hot disk $0.09. Non-payment suspension is unbilled and deletes after 30 days; ordinary persistence is until deletion. Default auto-topup buys $25 below $10.
- Null values mean unknown, not free/unlimited. No model-token cost, tax or unverified ancillary charge included.
- Native browser/device/task/credit prices with unknown CPU/RAM are deliberately non-priceable. Check regime before interpreting any partial resource estimate.
- Snapshot/state rate set to the cold-storage rate ($0.03/GB-mo on compressed bytes) that long-idle sleepers are moved to; a stopped-but-hot instance keeps paying $0.09 per reserved disk GB (billed as disk). No named-snapshot product documented.
- Rates verified against the public billing docs 2026-09-28 ($0.80/vCPU-mo, $0.70/GB-mo, per-minute metering), not on a live account; they are far below peers, treat as unverified in practice.
- Agent 37 sells two CPU tiers: Standard does not reserve cores for you (no guaranteed share published); Performance "run[s] on dedicated cores" at 4x the vCPU price. Only Standard carries the caveat, and only under sustained CPU load.
- No published create-rate or API rate limits (only 1 on-demand backup per instance per 15 min). Wake from checkpoint 'a few seconds' (5-15 s via start); cold-storage/relocation wake ~2 min (billed at disk rate). SSH documented (root by default).
- Isolation: "Every sandbox is enforced by gVisor" (agent37.com/cloud). Desktop: "embed a live terminal, desktop, or file browser with signed URLs". Docker-inside and nested virt not documented (null).
- Creating an instance requires one day of its running rate in the wallet (not debited); 503 no_capacity / 409 capacity_unavailable possible when hosts are full.
- Nested virtualization set to no: every sandbox runs under gVisor, which gives the workload its own user-space kernel and no /dev/kvm device (no KVM-based emulators or VMs inside). Docker inside is a separate question.

## Worked example

Requested: 4 vCPU/8 GiB, 50 simultaneous × 8 h/day × 22 days = **8,800 instance-hours**, 30% CPU; 50 GiB snapshots and 100 GiB egress. A month is 730 hours only when explicitly used in rate conversion.

Standard compute: 8,800×(4×0.80+8×0.70)/730=$106.08. Fifty 4/8 instances with default 6 GB reserved disk add 300×$0.09=$27/mo. If the separate 50 GiB are cold compressed files, add $1.50: $134.58 plus unknown egress. Need $100 lifetime top-ups to unlock 50 instances; it funds usage, not a fee. Performance compute is $424.33 before the same storage. Snapshot quantity cannot be assumed equal to reserved disk.
